24kGoldn’s “Mood” reaches No. 1 on Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart for the first time, leaping 7-1 on the ranking dated Nov. 21.
The song, which features Iann Dior, benefits from a remix released Nov. 6 that adds vocals from Justin Bieber and J Balvin.
In the tracking week of Nov. 6-12, “Mood” earned 25.4 million U.S. streams, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data, up 32%. It’s both 24kGoldn and Dior’s first Streaming Songs No. 1, with both ruling with their first chart entry.
“Mood” is the second song in 2020 to take at least 13 weeks before getting to No. 1 on Streaming Songs; in addition to “Mood” and its 13-week trip, The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights” first reigned in April after 15 frames on the tally.
Concurrently, as previously reported, “Mood” spends a fourth week at No. 1 on the multi-metric Billboard Hot 100.
