The Nov. 21-dated Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts sport a total of 31 debuts. But only four songs debut on both global charts.

One of those titles is “Tú Me Dejaste De Querer” by C. Tangana featuring Nino De Elche and La Hungara. The track launches at No. 38 on the Global Excl. U.S. ranking and at No. 83 on the Global 200, following its Nov. 6 release. In the tracking week ending Nov. 12, the song garnered 21.8 million streams around the world, 99% of which came from outside the U.S. according to MRC Data/Nielsen Music.

Similarly, digital sales for the song were largely international. It also debuts at No. 5 on the Spain Digital Song Sales chart, where Tangana has charted before, hitting No. 2 with “Picaflor,” a collaboration with Lao Ra, in December 2019.

Tangana, De Elche, and La Hungara all hail from Spain, mixing their reggaeton and traditional flamenco influences on “Dejaste.”

The only other Spanish artist who has appeared on the global charts throughout their 10-week history so far is Rosalía, who has charted as a featured artist (with Farruko) on “Relacion” with Sech, Daddy Yankee, and J Balvin and as a co-lead on “TKN” with Travis Scott. As “TKN” peaked at Nos. 89 and 126 on the Global Excl. U.S. and Global 200, respectively, “Dejaste” is, upon its arrival, now the highest-charting song by a Spanish lead act (Tangana) on both global lists.

Another collaborative Spanish-language song debuts this week, as Khea (from Argentina), Natti Natasha (Dominican Republic), Prince Royce, and featured act Lenny Santos (both from the U.S.) joined forces on “Ayer Me Llamo Mi Ex,” which begins at No. 50 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 77 on the Global 200.

Notably, the song starts 12 positions lower on the Global Excl. U.S. tally than Tangana’s “Dejaste” but six spots higher on the Global 200. While Tangana’s “Dejaste” scored 99% of its streams and 90% of its sales from outside the U.S., the international activity for “Ayer Me Llamo Mi Ex” is on par for streams (94%) but at just 38% for sales, helping explain the songs’ respective ranks at, again, Nos. 38 and 50 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and, flipping top honors, Nos. 83 and 77 on the Global 200.
