Viral TikTok star Claudia Conway posted a video before her recent American Idol tryout, gushing about meeting host Ryan Seacrest. “Hey guys, I’m here at American Idol confessional,” said the daughter of former White House counsel Kellyanne Conway and Trump antagonizer George Conway in the brief clip.

With the Idol crew waving in the background, Conway added, “I met Ryan Seacrest today and have my audition soon. I’m very, very nervous, but very excited.” The fourth season of Idol on ABC has put the call out for auditions for the show, which is slated to return on Feb. 14. Conway seems like a slam dunk, as she’s shown off her impressive vocals on her TikTok account, which has nearly 1.5 million followers; a spokesperson for Idol could not be reached for comment at press time to confirm Conway’s audition.

More importantly, her TikTok account has become a hilarious chronicle of her ongoing disgust with the Trump administration, from her harsh slam of recently seated Supreme Court justice Amy Coney Barrett and dunking on her haters to the strains of Ariana Grande.
