Sean “Diddy” Combs shared a heart-wrenching post on Monday (Nov. 16), remembering his former girlfriend Kim Porter two years after her untimely death.

“The Ebony Goddess!!! I miss her so much!!! And always will!!!!” he wrote with a broken heart emoji alongside a black-and-white photo of Porter, smiling and spinning in a flowy white dress.

The actress and model was the mother to three of Diddy’s six children. Together, they had Christian Combs in 1998 and later had twins in 2006: Jessie James and D’Lila. The couple began dating in 1994 and eventually parted ways in 2007 after roughly 13 years.

Porter died at age 47 in her Los Angeles home on Nov. 15, 2018. A medical examiner-coroner revealed the cause of her death as lobar pneumonia.
