As the calendar inches closer to the Thanksgiving holiday, livestream events and virtual concerts show no signs of slowing down. In fact, things may be picking up, if the week of Nov. 16 is any indication.
Eddie Vedder and wife Jill are leading the “Venture Into Cures” digital event, which will feature artists such as Billie Eilish, Willie Nelson and more to raise awareness and funds for a rare genetic condition, on Nov. 18. Then there’s also the season two kickoff of Verzuz on Nov. 19, which will now feature Gucci Mane going up against Jeezy for an unforgettable face-off.

Nov. 17: Marc Roberge of O.A.R. will be playing some fan-favorite songs from the band’s catalogue for a live show streamed from New York City’s Black Rock Studio. The show begins at 8 p.m. ET; tickets start at $25.
Nov. 18: Billie Eilish, Adam Levine, Willie Nelson and many others are participating in Jill and Eddie Vedder’s “Venture Into Cures” digital event. The appearances and performances by celebrities are artists will work to raise awareness and research funds for a rare genetic condition called Epidermolysis Bullosa. During the event Vedder will debut a new song called “Matter of Time,” and will also share a new version of “Say Hi.” The show begins at 8 p.m. ET; donate and RSVP at VentureIntoCures.org.
Major Lazer will revive their world tour with a virtual reality performance in Facebook’s Oculus Venues platform, put on with the help of virtual events production company Supersphere using its newest technology, ArcRunner. The trio made up of Diplo, Walshy Fire and Ape Drums recently released their fourth studio album, Music Is the Weapon. The performance begins at 9 p.m. ET. Tickets are free.
Burna Boy is performing an immersive global livestream show and will play hits including “Wonderful” and “Real Life.” The show begins at 3 p.m. ET; tickets are on sale now.
Riley Green, Matt Stell and more are performing for Friendsgiving: Live at the Ryman, which will have limited in-person tickets as well as a livestream. The show begins at 8:30 p.m. ET. Tickets are $24.99.
Nov. 19: Gucci Mane and Jeezy will go head-to-head in the first battle of Verzuz season two. The matchup was originally set to feature T.I. and Jeezy, but Gucci was announced instead on Nov. 14. The trap battle begins at 8 p.m. ET on Apple Music and the Verzuz Instagram account.
Lil Yachty is performing live for an interactive virtual concert. The show will feature some of his favorite songs and special guest appearances. The event begins at 9:30 ET; tickets are $15 plus fees.
Soccer Mommy is playing her first full band show of 2020 for Capital One’s SummerStage digital series. The free show begins at 7 p.m. ET on SummerStage’s Facebook page, YouTube channel and Instagram.
