Justin Bieber penned a romantic message his wife, Hailey, in celebration of her birthday.

“My eyes are 4 you. My heart is 4 you. My soul is 4 you. My love is 4 you. I am Home wherever you are. You are my safe place. I am completely and utterly obsessed with who you are. My biggest dream is growing old with you. I can’t believe you are mine forever,” Bieber wrote on Instagram, where he shared a slideshow of photos on Sunday (Nov. 22).

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY,” he said.

The pop star’s mother, Pattie Mallette, also sent warm birthday wishes via social media.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY @haileybieber !!” she wrote on Instagram. “I love you forever. You are a gift and a blessing to our family. So grateful you were born !! Love love love.”

Hailey, who’s celebrating her 24th birthday, recently showed some love for her husband with a tattoo in his honor. She had the letter “J” inked in script alongside a star on her ring finger.
