MC Ceja and Polakan have teamed up with Los Angeles-born rapper B-Real of the iconic hip-hop duo Cypress Hill for the remix of their single “Enterrarlos.”
Released six months after the original collaboration, the remix meshes the best of Puerto Rican hip-hop and American rap, kicking off with B-Real’s slick Spanglish verses. In a nutshell, the song is a message to the haters who question the trio’s position and contributions in the music industry.
Dubbing this as a collaboration for the culture, MC Ceja says working with B-Real (real name: Louis Freese), has been a real honor. “During the last years all kinds of collaborations have emerged, but this remix is unique because there has never been a collaboration like this one within the genre,” he said in an official statement.
“Enterrarlos,” originally released in May via GLAD Empire, is featured on Ceja and Polakan’s Mendoza & Ortega: El Comienzo Del Fin Vol. 1.
