PRODUCER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2021

OneVibeArtist is dedicated to supporting music producers and artists.

We do this by running a multi-studio spaces in Miami and developing committed, high-potential artists and music producers .

We work closely with musicians to help them build a healthy career, providing holistic help, from subsidized studios to mentoring and mental health support.

There is a need to give high-potential talented music producers a pathway to move into the music industry. OneVibeFest, we’re uniquely placed to offer talented music-makers an incubator where they can collaborate with other musicians, be mentored by Grammy awarded producers, and gain experience in a high-end recording studio.

Our Producer Development program offers dedicated use of one of our producer studios for 3 months and a unique opportunity to learn, make contacts, and be supported into a career in music production. Each producer is mentored by an established producer in our community and has regular collaborations with our Artist Development Program

For the producer convenience we offer our 3 months long Development programs 4 times at year January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.

Producers need to commit 20 hours a week towards their development.

The group spends 3 months developing a portfolio of professional recordings, videos and branding to showcase what they can do. All this training can be joined via video Conference for those of you that are not able to come to our location.

Producers are offered a 3 months of development to help them improve their production skills and networks, including:
Access to a dedicated producer’s studio for a minimum of 8 hours a week.
Access to OneVibeArsits’s development artists to collaborate and write with and produce demos f
An experienced Grammy Award producer mentor. Each development producer will meet formally every week with their mentor and will also receive other input and advice
Regular group catch-up with the others on the program
Attendance to OneVibeArtist showcase and development camp with songwriting or production sessions
Involvement in OneVibeFest

Aged between 18 – 35
Able to reside in South Florida for 3 months
Some experience and potential as a music producer
Commitment to all aspects of the 3 months program
Cowriting and demoing of up to one free song per month for a OneVibeArtists development artist
Engineering assistance in OneVibeArtist Studio
We estimate each participate would need to have around 30 hours a week available to fully participate in this program

Some of the cost are are covered by funding from key music industry organizations such as: The National Endowment for the Arts, USArtists International, NAMM Foundation

Participants also are required to make a $5,950 contribution towards the costs of the program.
If this $5,950 contribution is a barrier to someone’s participation, OneVibeArtist is willing to sponsor with work study scholarship.
