Stars, they really are just like us; when Taylor Swift announces her second surprise album of the year, they lose it as well.

To recap, Swift shocked the world by revealing that her Folklore companion album, Evermore, will drop at midnight on Thursday (Dec. 10), and just like Swifties, everyone from Tay’s pals Todrick Hall and collaborator Aaron Dessner to Broadway superstar Kristin Chenoweth and ice skating legend Adam Rippon were beside themselves.

“2020 works hard, but @taylorswift13 works harder….I cannot take this!” Hall tweeted, while Rippon wrote, “I can tell 2020 has really put me through *it* because I almost cried from the THOUGHT of listening to new songs. Midnight can’t come fast enough. @taylorswift13!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” before going on an additional Twitter jag breaking down the song titles “Champagne Problems,” “Coney Island” and “Closure.”

Chenoweth was simply ready for it, saying she’s already got goosebumps just thinking about what’s coming and The National’s Dessner — who was Swift’s main collaborator on Folklore — promised to share his full thoughts later, promising there was “a lot” going on during the sessions.
