Pop-punk’s favorite duo is back at it, as Yungblud called on his pal Machine Gun Kelly for the rousing new single, “acting like that.”

The song, which features Travis Barker on drums, finds the rockers trading verses about an unpredictable and erratic girl, who’s honestly “way too hot to be acting like that.”

“‘acting like that’ is a result of what happens when me, MGK and Travis get together, the energy’s electric and we write songs that amplify a feeling,” Yungblud said of the track in a press statement. “This song radiates just going f—ing nuts at your favorite show, a feeling that we all need right now. This song is about losing control and feeling free with your best f—ing mates.”

The 23-year-old star previously released “I Think I’m OKAY” with his two collaborators in 2019.

“acting like that” is set to appear on Yungblud’s upcoming album Weird!, set to drop on Friday (Dec. 4). Listen below.
